This is the github page for the *conclust* R package. This package is designed to allow users to identify dictionaries using a small set of user-determined words and a pre-fitted word embeddings model.

Made in collaboration with Kenneth Benoit and Stephan Muller, this package wraps Keras deep learning models, such as the long-term short-term model (LSTM), making them more accessable to R users. Additionally, the package includes functions to easily perform k-fold cross-validation with these and other machine learning models.

A topical interactive data visualization project built using R Shiny that visualizes trends using both American and international COVID-19 data. Is updated daily.
